We have Service Standards for virtually everything that we do in our office.

Our research tells us that the following are the most important:

  1. We provide your clients with the security of an "A" rated insurer and you with the comfort that you know when you make a full presentation to us, you will receive an answer in 48 hours.
  2. You will speak to an experienced underwriter with authority to make decisions
  3. We offer flexible underwriting - you haven't always got to fit the box!!!!
  4. We will never have an automated switchboard - you will always get to a real person
  5. We will return your calls within 31 minutes
